Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately
- Enter and maintain patient information in our system with a high level of precision
- Verify insurance and communicate benefits clearly to patients
- Manage intake paperwork and ensure all required documents are completed correctly
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinicians
- Track tasks and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
