What You'll Do
As our Commercial Lender, you'll wear many hats-but all with one mission: supporting our local customers' financial success. You will:
Build strong, lasting relationships with Commercial clients across the region
Originate, evaluate, and close secured and unsecured commercial loans
Conduct on-site inspections, review credit files, order appraisals, and analyze financials
Manage a performing portfolio, tracking performance and addressing issues before they escalate
Actively participate in credit decisions and recommend loan approvals in line with policy
Collaborate across teams to deliver full-service banking-deposits, loans, investments, and beyond
Stay in the know on regulatory compliance and uphold the standards of the Bank Secrecy Act
Represent The Callaway Bank at community events, networking opportunities, and customer visits

✔ Proven success in sales, lending, or financial services
