Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a UHNW family based in Delray Beach, FL. This individual will serve as a key partner across personal, household, and childcare needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and stepping in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and thrives in fast-paced environment. This role requires frequent, often last-minute international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level personal and household support
- Manage and coordinate household schedules and logistics
- Assist with childcare support for five children
- Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed
- Assist with event preparation, special projects, and lifestyle needs
- Support pet care logistics for three dogs
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or similar UHNW support role
- Strong background in hospitality or private service preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to travel frequently, often on short notice
- Additional language skills are a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
