The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the home while also overseeing household operations and vendors. This is a long-term role best suited for someone who brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping and deep cleaning of a luxury home (including pool and jacuzzi areas)
- Laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing and organization
- Grocery shopping and pantry restocking
- Mail and package management (UPS/FedEx/mailbox)
- Closet and general home organization
- Vendor and contractor oversight
- Liaise with home maintenance company and coordinate regular services
- Track ongoing home projects and maintenance schedules
- Make dinner reservations and conduct light household research
- Maintain household standards and anticipate needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar professional housekeeping role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with texting, light research, and basic scheduling
- Proactive, trustworthy, and discreet
- Experience working in high-end homes preferred
