A warm, fast-paced family is seeking an outgoing, active, and highly motivated Part-Time Family Assistant to support their two school-aged children and assist with the smooth running of their home. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and takes pride in creating a positive, structured environment for children while seamlessly supporting household needs.
Key Responsibilities
School pickup and safe transportation to after-school activities
Create and maintain a structured afternoon routine
Assist with homework and encourage independence and organization
Engage children in a present, screen-free environment
Daily meal preparation for the family
Light household laundry
Light daily household reset (tidying, dishes, general organization)
Run local errands (grocery shopping, pickups, etc.)
Qualifications
5 years of childcare and/or family assistant experience
Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
Strong, verifiable references
Ability to pass a background check
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM (approximately 20-25 hours per week)
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour, based on experience
