What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at The Caleb Group?
Apartment communities in Sanford seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- repairs to appliances and fixtures
- patch holes in walls
- paint building interiors
- clean vacant units and interior spaces
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
