Must be organized, dependable, and have proven proficiency with painting, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All technicians participate in a rolling on-call calendar.

- repairs to building appliances and fixtures
- repair or replace plumbing fixtures
- patch holes in walls
- paint building interiors
- clean vacant units and interior spaces
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs, good carpentry skills a plus!
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
Requirements
- 2 years of maintenance experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
