Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
