What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at The Cakery -Dayton?
The Baker position here at The Cakery is a fast paced, physical job. The day will fly by keeping busy with a large variety of baking. Our baker is responsible for baking cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies and many other sweet treats. This could be a full time or part time position. There is some flexibility in the schedule, but it would require initial training during day shift. Commercial baking experience is required. Unfortunatly we do not have time to train someone who doesn't have any experience. Pay will depend on level of skill and experience and knowledge.
We are a single store operation, friendly, flexible, and a fun atmosphere to work in. We care about our employees. You must be able to stand on your feet all day and work quickly and accurately.
