A leading promotional products and custom apparel company is seeking an Art Director onsite in Tulsa, OK to lead visual strategy and creative execution for client projects, custom designs, and brand campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead creative direction for custom apparel, promotional products, and client branding projects
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and visual strategies from brief to final artwork
- Manage and mentor junior designers and production artists
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and production teams to meet client deadlines and expectations
- Oversee quality control and ensure files are print-ready and brand-compliant
- Stay current on design trends, materials, and production techniques in the promotional industry
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 5 years of art direction or senior graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing custom branding, apparel design, and promotional products
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept through production
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work in-office in Tulsa, OK
