Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized cannabis product consultations.
- Listen well and communicate effectively with a diverse audience
- Educate customers on product knowledge, promotions, and responsible consumption.
- Work in a team focused environment
- Responsible for sales and patient experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and inviting store environment.
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Handle cash accurately with correct discount application.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Restock inventory
- Clean shelves, organize inventory; maintain organized efficient workspace
- Must be able/willing to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening and holiday shifts
Required Skills/Abilities:
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 years in retail or sales
- Ability to deal with different personalities, providing excellent customer service to all clients.
- Knowledge of cannabis/brands preferred or a strong willingness to learn
- Must be able to work weekends, nights included.
Physical Requirements
- Requires extended periods of standing
- Requires extensive keyboard work for product entry
- Requires bending and reaching into inventory storage bins
- Requires twisting
- Requires lifting 30-50 lbs.
- Other duties assigned by the Management Team
