We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about mixology, have a knack for customer service, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Take drink and food orders and deliver them accurately and promptly.
- Knowledgeable about the cocktail menu and able to recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and tables.
- Work closely with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service.
- Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and comply with local alcohol laws.
- Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and care.
- Keep track of tabs and ensure accurate billing at the end of service.
Requirements:
- Previous serving or bartending experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to guests.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer is required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Minimum of 1 year of serving experience with a alcohol background required.
