Position: CSR – Client Relations
Location: Greenville, North Carolina
Required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. Active P&C license preferred but not required.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team and help provide exceptional client experience.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to support clients, answer policy-related questions, assist with service needs, and help ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is professional, dependable, coachable, organized, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional client support by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, and service requests
- Answer coverage questions and help resolve client issues
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support account managers and producers as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a CSR/client service role
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
