Dishwasher- Bryn Mawr

As part of our kitchen crew, the Dishwasher & Utility team member helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll ensure dishware, cookware, and workspaces are clean, safe, and organized- playing a crucial role in supporting the entire kitchen.

This is fast-paced, hands-on work that makes a big impact every day. You’ll join a hardworking, supportive team that values reliability, teamwork, and taking pride in a job well done.

Dishwashing & Sanitation

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas, including floors, sinks, and counters.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning and sanitation tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all kitchen, storage, and service areas, including routine trash removal and restroom cleaning, and report any maintenance issues to management.

• Support kitchen operations by restocking clean items, organizing inventory and storage areas, and assisting with setup, prep, or breakdown as needed.

• Help with general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that cleaning supplies are properly handled and stored.

• Reliable, hard-working, and able to handle physically demanding tasks (including lifting up to 50 lbs) in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude, flexible availability, and a willingness to support various kitchen and utility tasks as needed.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required—on-the-job training is provided for candidates eager to learn and work independently.
