Overview
Technical skills & experience: Proficiency in or ability to learn, various butchery techniques including cutting, trimming and boning meat. Experience with machinery like grinders, tenderizers and bandsaws is often required.
Physical stamina: The job requires standing for long periods, working in cold, refrigerated environments and lifting heavy meat carcasses (often 50 lbs).
Scheduling flexibility: Available to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
