Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and custodial services, with experience in managing cleaning operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and guests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas that require attention or improvement.
• Implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Handle laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and uniforms are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Collaborate with management to develop training programs for new hires in housekeeping practices.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably in commercial or hospitality settings.
• Supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in housekeeping management within hotels or similar environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
