The Busy Bee Play Cafe is looking for dependable, hardworking Cleaning Assistants to help us maintain the clean, safe, and welcoming environment our families expect.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and would like the opportunity to learn additional roles and grow within our business over time.

What You'll Do

Our Cleaning Assistants help keep our play cafe clean, sanitary, organized, and ready for families throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing play equipment, toys, tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning cafe and common areas
• Completing scheduled cleaning rotations throughout the facility
• Picking up and organizing toys throughout the play area
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning windows, doors, cubbies, and other frequently touched areas
• Responding to spills and messes as they happen
• Assisting with deeper cleaning projects
• Communicating maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to a supervisor
• Helping the entire team maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests

We are currently looking for both weekday and weekend availability. Applicants with flexible availability are especially encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Cleaning Assistants should be comfortable standing and walking for most of their shift, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting cleaning supplies and equipment, and moving throughout our facility.
