Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals who want to break into the insurance and employee benefits industry. As an entry-level business representative, you will help businesses and individuals find customized benefit solutions.
No prior insurance experience is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers
- Educate clients on employee benefits solutions
- Conduct needs analyses and present coverage options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track sales activity and meet performance goals
