What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at The Burmax Company?
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate equipment such as cherry pickers to move, pick, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse equipment to move inventory between areas
- Prepare products and materials for shipment
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials
- Use RF scanners to accurately pull and stage orders
- Perform daily equipment safety checks
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including packing, replenishment, and organization
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience operating warehouse equipment (cherry picker preferred)
- Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
- Ability to handle physical workload (standing, lifting, bending)
