- Cleans, sweeps and mops floors to maintain safe environment.
- Perform pot, dish, glass, and silverware washing.
- Cleaning and maintaining a variety of kitchen equipment including kettles, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
- Gathers and empties trash.
- Perform dish/buffet runner duties.
