Duties
- Greet and assist guests throughout the night with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete nightly audits of financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Maintain hotel security by monitoring access points and conducting periodic patrols of common areas.
- Answer and direct calls using proper phone etiquette on a multi‑line phone system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the night.
- Document all overnight activities through clear shift notes, incident reports, and audit logs.
Skills & Experience
- Background in hospitality, front desk operations, or hotel management is preferred.
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management systems is highly beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with boutique or full‑service hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
