Bilingual Front Office Representative

🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Bilingual Front Office Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team immediately. This full-time position is ideal for someone with previous office or customer service experience who is tech-savvy, organized, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Create and process work orders
- Assist walk-in customers
- Handle cash transactions
- Sell appliance and mower parts
- Order parts for customers
- Translate for Spanish-speaking customers and technicians
- Assist with general front office operations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills
