The Buoy is hiring for year-round high skilled servers who can provide service as amazing and beautiful as the views of lake Coeur D'Alene. The Buoy is focused on providing the best high-volume service in CDA, what that means and looks like is as follows.
The requirements/responsibilities of a server include:
- Must be 19 years of age or older to serve and sell alcohol in the state of Idaho.
- Flexible scheduling, with a preference to AM or PM shifts, between 6AM-3PM/2PM-11PM
- Fast pace HIGH quality service, simple meet and greet with customers, creating hype and love for The Buoy and the amazing venue/services we provide to Lake CDA
- Enjoys being outside, we are all outdoor seating and patio service
- Can handle high volumes with hundreds of customers at any given hour of the day
- providing a relaxed yet professional work environment for customers and peers alike
- Ability to Upsell and achieve target sales goals
- Cleaning and caring for the patio and equipment
- Ability to read and understand Food and beverage laws and protocols
- Ability to take commands and orders from Customers and Management alike
Minimum 2 years' experience is preferred but, we will train the right candidate. The Buoy has training and a team of knowledge available, we are here for you!
