Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the range procedures
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all shooting activities, including handling firearms responsibly
- Manage the rental process for equipment, including safety gear and firearms, with accuracy in cash handling and record keeping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shooting range and retail store areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with event management such as group bookings, competitions, or special demonstrations to enhance guest experiences
- Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly using effective conflict management skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Educate guests on safety rules, proper firearm handling, and range etiquette through clear public speaking and demonstration skills
- Support food service or hospitality functions when applicable, creating a friendly environment for guests of all ages including children
- Handle administrative tasks like inventory management, stocking supplies, and processing transactions accurately
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services roles in retail, hospitality, or food service environments is highly valued
- Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating your ability to oversee safety in active environments
- Experience working with children or in recreational settings such as resorts or theaters enhances your ability to engage diverse audiences
