Whether you have insurance experience or a strong background in sales, business development, or relationship management, we provide the support, training, and resources needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and grow relationships with financial advisors, independent brokers, and strategic partners. • Identify new business opportunities and help advisors expand their disability insurance business. • Collaborate with industry-leading wholesalers, general agents, and sales professionals to drive growth. • Provide product guidance, sales ideas, and case design support to advisors and brokers. • Deliver educational workshops, presentations, and training programs. • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business opportunities and advisor referrals. • Maintain strong activity and relationship management practices using CRM tools. • Help advisors and brokers better serve their clients through customized disability income protection strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, insurance, recruiting, consulting, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A demonstrated history of achievement in professional, academic, athletic, military, or community leadership roles.
• Insurance licensing is a plus but not required to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers uncapped earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure.
• First-year earnings typically range from $50,000 to $125,000 , based on performance.
