Responsibilities And Duties
- The Contractor shall provide CADD technical drawings in support of real property management.
- All technical drawings shall comply with federal client's architectural and engineering standards and policies.
- The Contractor shall produce an estimated fifteen (15) technical drawings per month.
- Each technical drawing shall be submitted to the COR within three (3) business days of completion.
- All technical drawings shall be maintained in the designated database.
- Three (3) years’ experience in technical engineering and architecture techniques, including the ability to create and review drawings and other renderings
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
- Current favorable, or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance, in accordance with AR 38067
- Valid Driver’s License
- Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
