- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
- Serve as main point of contact for the client and contracting staff
- Oversee and manage the planning and deployment of hardware, firmware, and software smart building and IoT technology
- Develop and manage all aspects of the project engagement from planning, subcontract and external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues and ensure overall project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of the strategic objectives.
- Maintain full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment to delivery.
- Prepare detailed milestone-based project plans and regular reporting requested by the client for all phases of the project.
- Perform internal quality control reviews to ensure project is proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; analyze issues and troubleshoot problem areas; develops risk mitigation strategies; monitor and track resolution of issues and conflicts to ensure critical path deliverables.
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews as necessary.
- Collaborates with the engineering team on the system configuration, network and software requirements, graphics, programming, and sequences of operations.
- Effectively utilize company resources to develop solutions and devise new approaches to problems encountered.

At least seven (10) years of relevant experience, with at least three (5) in a leadership role.

Must have documented experience with BACnet, LON, and MODBUS, and other related HVAC and industrial control languages and protocols
- Experience working with federal and commercial clients IT systems and integration of new software/hardware platforms.

OSHA 30 Hour Certificate
- Knowledge of major building systems (e.g., HVAC)

Experience with firmware and hardware projects in addition to software based projects

An active Secret or higher clearance

Tridium Niagara 4 or other relevant BAS certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical field

Travel will be required. The majority will be domestic though, occasionally (less than 10%) it may also be international
- Background Investigation required
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times
