The Technology Solutions & Services team is expanding and broadening our solutions delivery team.  As such, we are seeking to build a cohesive team of solution delivery professionals capable of supporting a mixture of both project-based solution deliveries as well as supporting multi-year sustainment contracts.  Our team members must be team-oriented, client-focused, adaptable, and quality driven.  Our team endorses every project with standardized processes and resource alignment that leverage ISO 9001 & CMMI Level 3 Services best practice guidelines to ensure high-quality delivery.  In addition, we leverage established delivery values to ensure success as we plan with our clients their mission for addressing digital transformation, cloud provisioning, and IT modernization.

To address talent optimization of our team, we apply Predictive Index as a tool for establishing and aligning our project delivery teams to ensure we align with our client requirements.  This effort also provides our resources the comfort that we are aligning everyone to the best of their abilities from a team perspective.

Description/Job Summary:

The Building People are seeking qualified Real Property Analyst to support immediate SAP EBS solution delivery as well as other COTS solution technologies to support a growing portfolio of federal government, local government, non-profit, and commercial customers – all while operating remotely.

At The Building People, a Real Property Analyst primarily performs business and functional analysis related to the delivery of technology solutions and services. As skills allow, they may perform tasks such as project management, system integration and administration, software development, and more. This highly collaborative position requires work both within a team as well as individual work settings contributing to all aspects of solution implementation and support for assigned customers. This is a customer-facing role, and some out-of-town travel may be required, as projects dictate.

Task Execution:

  • Provide Real Property (RP) support for classification of complex structures and facilities and provide various reports utilizing SAP.
  • Performs real property asset reconciliations of various DoD facilities
  • Provide expertise to execute and report results of multiple analytical tasks related to facility operations and management, and development of long- and short-range strategies with customer stakeholders and teams
  • Design solutions to identified problems
  • Analyze the structure of an organization to determine how it operates and determine its objectives while identifying any opportunities for better efficiency within the current business model
  • Prepare and delivering reports of findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessments
  • Develop comprehensive test cases and steps
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and technical reports
  • Apply technical knowledge and subject matter experience to complete assigned tasks on time, within budget, and respecting the scope provided
  • Support off-hour and on-call duties, as needed

Leadership:

  • Provide functional leadership on projects
  • Lead, coordinate, execute, and report results of multiple solution requirement tasks, utilizing both best practices and analytical techniques and processes to formulate trends and/or recommendations related to facility operations and management
  • Provide some daily supervision and direction to others
  • Oversee and guiding the implementation of approved solutions
  • Manage and complying with project schedule deliverables and milestones
  • Perform quality checks
  • Communicate and collaborating in a professional manner

Administrative:

  • Passionately update task tracking system and knowledge base
  • Stay current with trends relating to technology and subject matter applicable to the job
  • Value and protecting company, colleague, and customer data
  • Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client required cyber security data and operational processes
  • Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity
