What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at THE BUG MAN?

-Talking with customers over the phone, (you will be trained about various pest issues to best assist our customers!)
-Handling sensitive information to process customer payments over the phone and walk-in payments
-Prepare paperwork as directed
-Assist with general office organization
