Hourly: $19
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm & Friday - Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm **Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and the company's needs**
Environment: Hot, Humid, Dusty Farm

This full-time position will require the successful candidate to perform their duties on-site, as this is not a remote job. As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in live insect husbandry and the delivery of high-quality insect-based products.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily production of insect products
- Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with urgency.
- Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.
Work experience is nice to have:
- Working with and caring for live insects or animals
- Linework
- Greenhouse or gardening
- Manual labor
- Husbandry
