Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Location: Metropolitan Ave, Charlotte, NC 28204
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (5 hours per day)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Reports To: Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Commercial Maintenance Technician to support daily building operations. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, light repairs, and general upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Replace and repair lights and fixtures

Perform toilet repairs and other light plumbing tasks

Complete general building maintenance and minor repairs

Hang items and assist with office setup or modifications

Paint and patch sheetrock as needed

Respond to additional maintenance requests as assigned by management
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience

Ability to work assigned shifts with flexibility when needed

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

English or bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly:

Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed

Lift and move up to 50 pounds
