• Strategize: Use a consultative approach to identify client pain points and develop complex, value-added proposals and pricing models.
• Network Like a Pro: Be the "boots on the ground" at trade shows, corporate events, and networking activities across the Nashville region.
• Manage Your Kingdom: Use Salesforce.com to track your activity and keep your pipeline flowing.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from "sold" to "satisfied."

What You Bring (The Requirements):

• The Track Record: 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• The Nashville Connection: A history of involvement in professional associations and a strong local networking presence.
• Communication Mastery: You are as comfortable delivering a boardroom presentation as you are writing a detailed proposal.
• The "Closer" Mindset: You know how to navigate complex sales cycles and cross the finish line.
• Education & Basics: Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check/drug test.
