Pay Rate: $19–$22 per hour
Location: Mooresville, NC 28115
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime required)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations while working alongside crew members. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support crew members in completing tasks assigned by the Foreman and Manager

• Lead by example as a working supervisor in the field

• Perform landscaping duties including:

  • Mowing

  • Mulching

  • Sod installation and planting

  • Irrigation work

  • Spraying as needed

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of landscaping experience required

• NC driver's license with a good driving record

• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 35 lbs.
