What You’ll Do
As our HR Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day Human Resources operations across the Charlotte market. Working alongside branch leadership, you will serve as a trusted HR Manager and strategic partner to ensure a top-tier employee experience.

Lead daily HR operations, employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.

Coach and guide Staffing Specialists through high-volume onboarding, background screening, and hiring processes.

Act as the primary Human Resources resource for managers and employees, resolving questions with empathy and clarity.

Drive retention and workplace culture initiatives in partnership with regional leadership.

Maintain accurate employee records while continuously optimizing core HR processes.
What You Bring To The Team

3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or HR operations management.

Proven background supporting hourly workforces, high-volume staffing, or operational environments.

Strong interpersonal skills—you build trust easily across all levels of an organization.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (SHRM-CP or PHR is a major plus!).
