General Cleaner (Part Time)
Location: Nashville, TN
Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Part-Time / 20 hours per week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team for a commercial property in the Northwood area. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for a consistent, part-time evening schedule (no weekends!) to supplement their income.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses excellent time management skills, and has a strong eye for cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the facility.
• Waste Management: Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
• Surface Care: Dust desks, countertops, and office furniture; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Collaboration: Perform other routine cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the building looks its best.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is required.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, and comfortably stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the 4-hour shift.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to the Northwood/Commercial area and a strong track record of punctuality.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Background: Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
