Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Rotating on-call weekends / emergency nights as needed)

Requirements/Qualifications: 2–4 years residential or commercial carpentry experience; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; High School Diploma or trade apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do As a skilled Carpenter on our team, you manage, repair, and maintain structural facilities across campus! Your daily facility maintenance technician duties include:

Conducting inspections, reading blueprints, laying out flooring, roofing, and drywall, and executing structural repairs.

Preparing surfaces, repairing cabinets, doors, and frameworks using specialized carpentry hand and power tools.

Completing work orders, managing tool inventories, and serving as a versatile maintenance carpenter when trade support is needed.
What You Bring To The Team

2–4 years of commercial or residential carpentry background.

Valid driver's license and strong knowledge of safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, PPE).

Physical capability to climb, balance on ladders/scaffolding, and lift up to 50 lbs.
