This is a vital "behind-the-scenes" leadership role where you will act as the right hand to our Account Manager, ensuring our night-shift operations run like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Janitorial Manager, you are the vital link that ensures our night-shift operations in downtown Nashville run flawlessly. We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor who takes pride in "behind-the-scenes" excellence.

• Team Leadership: Directly oversee and motivate a team of 20 nighttime frontline employees, ensuring high morale and productivity.
• Operational Oversight: As the Assistant Janitorial Manager, you will manage work schedules, establish workflow standards, and conduct site evaluations to maintain Class A office and retail standards.
• Communication: Serve as the primary support for the Account Manager, utilizing your bilingual skills to lead our predominantly Spanish-speaking team.
• Hands-on Management: Be visible and active on-site, overseeing both office cleaning and outdoor retail trash/facility maintenance, especially during high-energy Nashville weekend events.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
• Proven Leadership: 3-5 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or in a similar facility management capacity.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using a smartphone for inspections and basic Microsoft Office applications for administrative reporting.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
