What You’ll Do As our Recruiting Coordinator (also known as a Staffing Specialist or HR Assistant), you will be the engine that keeps our Janitorial and Landscaping divisions running. You will:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from posting jobs in Dayforce to conducting "Warm Welcome" orientations.

Coordinate staffing needs by tracking hiring progress and updating management daily.

Administer onboarding tasks, including background checks and drug screenings.

Provide vital administrative support to ensure our employee records meet the highest standards.
What You Bring To The Team
- Bilingual Fluency: Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is a must.
Experience: Proven track record in high-volume recruiting or staffing environments.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems (Dayforce experience is a plus!).
- Adaptability: A "common sense" approach to problem-solving and the ability to pivot between tasks.
