Role Description The Assistant Manager role at The Buckle, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Billings, MT. This role supports store leadership in driving sales, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining Buckle’s standards for visual merchandising and store presentation. Daily responsibilities include coaching and scheduling teammates, assisting with onboarding and training, and monitoring performance to meet sales and service goals. The Assistant Manager helps oversee inventory management, loss prevention procedures, and operational tasks such as opening and closing the store, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. This position also contributes to a positive work environment by modeling Buckle’s values, communicating effectively with teammates, and supporting promotional and marketing initiatives within the store.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with strong guest service and relationship-building skills.
