Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management position located in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, mentor and train team members, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, setting goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment in alignment with the company's standards and values. You will also play a vital role in implementing marketing initiatives and achieving revenue targets.
