The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Family Interaction Specialist to join our Shared Services department. The Family Interaction Specialist provides comprehensive service coordination and connects children and families to essential community resources. With expertise in parenting education from infancy through young adulthood, this role supports families by facilitating enhanced visitation for children in kinship or foster care, helping maintain strong connections with their parents and communities. The specialist also delivers individualized and group-based supervision, behavioral interventions, and leadership to promote a trauma informed, supportive treatment environment. Through compassionate and evidence-based practices, the Family Interaction Specialist plays a vital role in fostering positive outcomes and long-term stability for children and families.

Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Mon - Friday, 10am - 7pm) Rotating Saturday Shifts

Who you are:
- You have a high school diploma, or GED.
- You have at least one year of relevant experience.
- You are eligible for a Qualified Mental Health certification.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
