The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Engagement Supervisor to join our Care Management Entity (CME). The Care Coordination Engagement Supervisor directs the programmatic supervision of the engagement coordination team and ensures the implementation of the specific program model. This position is also responsible for ensuring adherence to high fidelity wraparound model of care coordination. The Care Coordination Engagement Supervisor in this position will develop and implement training plans for engagement coordinators in their program. This position will work to continue developing positive community relationships and increasing knowledge and access to OHR and CANS assessments within the community.

What You'll Do
- Ensure the children, youth, and families/caregivers have a voice and choice in all coordinated care and services provided by care coordinator team members pertinent to completed ICC or the MCC HFWA certification training with the COE.
- Develop and implement training plans for care coordinators in their program and advocate on behalf of children, youth, and families/caregivers and within systems of care; with schools, community agencies, and other providers, focused on adherence to high fidelity wraparound principles and care.
- Provide supervision for direct report care coordination team members.
- Conduct group supervision/team meetings.
- Collaborate with the Utilization Manager on case assignment and other areas of production/impact.
- Monitor program budgets relating to the operation of the assigned programs.
- Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within systems pertaining to children or youth and family/caregiver being served to ensure the highest quality of services are being provided with focus on ensuring family voice and choice.

Who you are:
- You have a bachelor's degree in human services, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- You have two years of relevant working experience.
- You preferably have an active LSW or LPC.
- You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
