Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, fast, and friendly Hostess/Host to join our team for a dynamic three-day shift. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, creating a positive first impression for all guests. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will ensure guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Weekends and Holidays are mandatory
3 Days. Must have flexibility.
Restaurant Hours: 7am to 2:30pm
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservation bookings and waitlists efficiently using Yelp and manage payments with Toast POS.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and timely service flow
- Answer guest inquiries via phone with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about the restaurant and services
- Coordinate with the service team to optimize seating arrangements and reduce wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Familiarity with restaurant POS. Not required.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of serving protocols and guest services standards is desirable
