What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Implement and streamline operational procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy in stock tracking systems.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
What Skills Do I Need?
- Proven experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in inventory management processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Work is primarily performed indoors with exposure to standard warehouse conditions
- Lifts weight of up to 50lbs
- Vision and fine motor skills required for the use of computer
