This position deals with opening and closing our hot pit.
It is also a position that helps plate sides and sometime entrees for guests meals.
Duties include:
-Cleaning stations
-Setting up and tearing down stations
-Flipping ingredients for date purposes
-Preparing food in ovens, on stoves and within the fryer
Expectations:
-Be reliable and show up on time
-Have reliable transportation
-Maintain a professional attitude
-Be willing to work
-Accept direction from management
