Broward Student Authority is hiring.

We're a local college marketing and media company connecting Broward's college community with local businesses.

We work with restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, fitness studios, salons, automotive businesses, dentists, health & wellness brands, coffee shops and tons of other local spots.

We also put together community events, student promotions, giveaways, social media content, business collaborations and local activations.

And we need another personality on our team.

WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

We're going to give you a list of businesses around Broward.

You grab your leads, get out of the office and hit the road.

You might walk into a new restaurant in Davie, a cool fitness studio in Fort Lauderdale, a salon in Pembroke Pines or an entertainment spot you've never been to before.

Your job is to meet the owner or manager, introduce what we're doing and get them interested enough to set an appointment with our sales team.

That's it.

We provide the leads. We provide the training. We provide the pitch.

You bring the personality.

AND YES — YOU GET PAID HOURLY COMMISSION

You're not working for “experience.”

You get an hourly base PLUS commission and bonuses when you produce.

So you have guaranteed hourly pay, but if you're good at this, you can make more.

The goal is simple:

Talk to people. Set appointments. Make money.

You don't need 5 years of sales experience.

If you've worked in restaurants, retail, hospitality, promotions, events, fitness, customer service, nightlife, brand ambassador work—or you're simply REALLY good with people—we want to meet you.

THERE'S MORE TO US THAN SALES

We work with local businesses and the college community, create student deals, produce events, cover what's happening around Broward, partner with local brands and organizations, and create promotions that actually get people out into the community.

And then there's SPRING BREAK.

For the past 5 years, we've helped run Spring Break in Fort Lauderdale. Every March, we take over Beach Place on Fort Lauderdale Beach and transform it into Spring Break HQ — hosting and connecting with more than 100,000 college students over the past five years.

Think Fort Lauderdale Beach, thousands of college students, live activations, brand promotions, giveaways, events and nonstop energy throughout March.

This isn't a suit-and-tie corporate sales environment.

We want someone who can become part of what we're building—not just punch a clock.

There are opportunities to get involved with events, promotions, business openings, community activations and other projects as you grow with us.

WHAT YOU NEED

Reliable transportation is a must because you'll be traveling to businesses throughout Broward.

You'll also need a smartphone, good communication skills, a professional appearance and the confidence to walk into a business and start a conversation.

Most importantly:
