The Brothers Three was founded by Glen, Keith, and Dale Nergard, who brought their passion for great food and community to life with their first location in Cicero, Illinois. Since 1972, our Marinette location has been serving up timeless recipes, from our classic pizza to a menu full of specialties. Now owned by Marinette locals Jim and April Hansen, we’ve continued to honor the original recipes while investing in our team and community.

As a Server at The Brothers Three, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and attending to guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely service.
• Delivering food to tables and checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborating with team members to provide seamless service.
• Answering questions about our menu and sharing our story with guests.
• Pitch in helping with answering phones to take orders when needed.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about great service and thrive in a team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Ideal candidates will have:
