What We’re Looking For:
This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with skilled carpentry, exterior construction, and/or exterior house painting experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.
Requirements:
Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in carpentry, construction, and/or gutters
Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors, ladder experience
Commitment: Willingness to work overtime if needed and grow with the company
Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!
Compensation: $20 - $34 per hour

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is new to the Raleigh area but we are part of one of the largest gutter installation and cleaning companies in the country. What started as a small, local business has now expanded to over 120 locations across the country. We specialize in the repair, installation, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more.
