What You'll Do
This is a hands-on, cross-functional position. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day.
You'll work with nearly every department in the company to understand how we interact with customers and employees.
Customer Experience
Help us create a customer experience that makes homeowners say:
"I've never had a contractor communicate this well."
You'll:
Employee Experience & Culture
Our employees are also customers of our company.
You'll help us create an employee experience that makes people proud to work here.
You'll help with:
You'll spend time with employees in different departments to understand what is working and what could be better.
Learn Every Department
You'll rotate through and work alongside:
Marketing - Learn how we generate leads and tell our story.
Sales - Understand the customer from the first phone call through the signed estimate.
Office - Understand scheduling, communication, and customer questions.
Production - Understand how jobs are planned and managed.
Installation Crews - Experience what happens at the customer's home.
Your job is to connect the dots.
You'll constantly be asking:
"Where does the customer experience break down, and how can we fix it?"
Marketing & Content
You'll also help tell our story.
Create and capture:
You don't need to be a professional videographer.
You need to be curious enough to recognize a good story when you see one
Reviews & Referrals
Help create systems that turn great experiences into:
You'll work with our teams to make asking for reviews and referrals a natural part of the customer experience.

- Identify opportunities to improve communication and service.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Monitor customer reviews and identify trends.
- Help improve follow-up processes.
- Help develop customer appreciation and referral programs.
- Work with Sales, Production, and Customer Service to solve experience issues.
- Help turn satisfied customers into 5-star reviewers and referral sources.
