At The Brothers that just do Gutters, we believe in investing in our employees and creating a work culture unlike any other.
This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of gutter installation experience, as well as skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
Requirements:
- 2 years gutter installation experience (preferably as Lead Installer)
- 2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
- Positive attitude & Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons; OK with heights; willingness to work some overtime occasionally
- Interest in growing with the company - future leadership opportunities
- OSHA 10/30 - preferred
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
Compensation: Hourly Position ($20 - $35) - Salary commensurate with experience; pay range includes weekly opportunities to earn performance bonuses and overtime.
Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:
- Construction/Gutters: 2 years
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
